James Larcombe is one of our very talented team of developers who works on Sibelius (he’s also a very talented multi-instrumentalist — this is a man who owns his own hurdy-gurdy and melodeon). For Sibelius 6, he worked on a number of subtle but important improvements in the appearance of printed scores.
He’s posted a list of his favourite improvements on his nascent blog, and I encourage you to check it out.
Over the coming weeks I will also be posting information about some of the smaller improvements included in Sibelius 6. There are literally hundreds of improvements in Sibelius 6, both large and small, and if you only read the (beautiful) web pages at Sibelius.com you won’t hear about all of them. So watch this space!
