Last year's BETT Show at London's Olympia

Tomorrow sees the start of this year’s BETT Show at Olympia, London. The show runs from January 13 through January 16, and as usual Sibelius will be well-represented on Avid’s stand, which you’ll find in the Great Hall, Stand B49.

I’ll be there Wednesday and Thursday morning demonstrating Sibelius 6, so do drop by if you’d like to say hello. There will also be demonstrations of how Pro Tools can be used in the classroom, presentations about digital storytelling with Pinnacle Studio and Media Composer, a chance to take a look at the new versions of the ear training software Auralia and the music theory training software Musition, and much more. There will also be something pretty remarkable concerning 3D video, but you’ll have to stop by the stand to find out more!

If you’re planning to come to BETT, drop me an email if you’d like to meet up.

Will Sibelius / Avid also be at the 2010 NAMM?

Yes, Avid has a stand in the usual spot in Hall A, Stand 6600. It’s a little smaller than last year, with no main stage, but you should be able to see lots of Avid’s cool gear there, including Eleven Rack, the Axiom Pro keyboards, new virtual instruments for Pro Tools, and maybe, just maybe, lurking somewhere the odd copy of Sibelius 6.
